Dr. Emily Barrett practices mindfulness based psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and families. She has years of experience working with a wide variety of problems. In particular, her intensive training and experience with addiction, depression and recovery from trauma affords numerous options for approaching these problems and creative ways to help people heal these areas of their lives.
