Closings and Openings

Dear Emergence Community,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closing of Emergence Healing Arts Studio. As some of you may know, I am transitioning into a new life stage and starting a family. This in conjunction with increasing costs in SF have led me to the decision that it is time to let Emergence go for now as I embark on this next personal journey.

The great news is that the studio space will remain a center for healing, with many of the same great practitioners in place!

Zohreh Sadeghi, a Doctor of Ayurveda, will be taking over the space. As of July 1st, 4052 18th Street will become Roha Healing Arts Center.

Zohreh’s will bring her extensive Ayurvedic training and offerings to the space, and you will still be able to find most of the Emergence family there!

Emily Barrett– Psychotherapy for Adults

Tim Asher– Acupuncture

Riena Kim– Acupuncture

Terry Yoder– Tarot & Spiritual Counseling

Matthew Higgins– Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents

And the new addition of Craig Wenaweser – Psychotherapy for Adults

Anjannette Price (Upper Cervical Chiropractic) and Greg Whiting (Bodytalk) will be moving to the Mission District, while Jed Bentley (Rolfing) will remain right around the corner at his new location.

The Emergence Website will remain active, and will be expanded in the future to become a larger resource page to continue to connect people with quality practitioners. When the website is updated I will post notices on the Emergence Facebook- so make sure to connect there!

I am overjoyed to know that the healing community we have built at Emergence will be able to continue on and continue to grow through the new capable hands of Zohreh, and the community will still be able to access these fantastic healers.

Founding Emergence, and working with the incredible healers we have been blessed with through these years, has been an incredible experience and important part of my own personal growth. I am so thankful to all of the amazing clients, healers, and friends who have supported us from the beginning and for all of the teachings I have received through this time.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.  I wish you all continual health, growth, and blessings on your own paths of healing, and am so thankful you chose Emergence to play some small part in those journeys.
